New shoes make you wana JUMP, JUMP!

Ok so my take on Kris Kross' song popular when I was in middle school doesn't sound so good... just be glad this blog thing doesn't come with sound. But with not one, not two, but three new pairs of shoes, Pearl was in the mood to JUMP, JUMP! With the stark realization that our kid keeps on growing, we stopped by the shoe store - much to Pearl's excitement - to find some new church shoes (check) and school shoes (or as Pearl calls these cute Nike, her "game" shoes - can you tell her Dad has prepped her for basketball season?)... oh ya and the bonus clearance sandals for next summer. Pearl was so excited about the shoes, that she refused to leave the store without them on. After all, when you get new shoes that make you run faster and jump higher than before, you just can't help yourself! I'm just glad she's actually keep them on all day.
