May 1, 2009This is the face Pearl gave me when I tried to make my bed this morning and wouldn't keep throwing the covers on her. It's a ritual every morning to try and sneak into the bedroom to make the beds before Pearl figures out what I'm doing. Otherwise we spend 15-20 minutes playing "where's Pearl?" under the covers. And remember, she has figured out she can watch herself pull faces in my mirror, which makes them even more dramatic now!

Oh my heavens, how funny. I love her face. Isn't it particularly funny when they "cry" watching themselves in the mirror? I shouldn't get such a kick out of my child crying, but it's so funny watching themselves ham it up.
