May 27, 2009Pearl was quite the little helper tonight. Not only did she help Jeff give the truck a "bubble bath" (getting soaked in the process), but she also helped me plant our wheelbarrow. She was quite proud of her work after rearranging the lobellas and adding some dead flowers that I didn't get planted before the heat took its toll on them. But her most exciting addition was a bunch of morning glory I had just yanked out of the flower beds. I guess she figures that I can at least grow weeds.

I might need Jeff's strawberry expertise. Almost half of my starts are dying!
