January 25, 2008My little sister turns 21 tomorrow and since I threw her the most awesome Elmo party last year, I figured I better try to live up to her expectations by baking her some cupcakes. And not just any cupcakes...rainbow chip cupcakes. I know really impressive, baking out of a box. But Kimmy loves them and apparently so does Pearl and Jeff. I called her to find out when we could come over tonight to deliver them and have Pearl sing "Happy To You" (yes, she forgets the "birthday" part) but she said we couldn't come over! What? Apparently going to dinner at the in-laws is more fun than hanging out with your sister. Little does she know that her cupcakes are quickly disappearing....hopefully there's at least one for her come morning.

I never said it was more fun, I just had planned it before you called.
What a fun idea! I'll have to read this one, too. It is fun seeing a snap shot of your everyday life.
